Cream of Mushroom with Sundried Tomatoes & Fresh Tarragon


I had this mushroom dish at Plutos Salad bar when in Sacramento last weekend and decided to create it at home! I asked them what was in it and if there was any flour? So yeah, it's gluten free!! Oh wow! This stuff is so good you will have to really hold back from eating the entire thing! I recommend moderation with this one! Need I say more?!

I used about 18 large Crimini Mushrooms sliced up

1 stick of Organic Pasture Butter unsalted

8-9 Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil sliced up

1 /4 cup White Wine

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (Organic)

1 heaping TB Sour Cream (Organic)

1 TB Fresh Organic Tarragon (Tarragon has a licorice smell)

Sea Salt & Garlic Pepper

Melt butter and sauté mushrooms, add in your salt and pepper, add wine and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce down some, add tomatoes, cream, sour cream, and Tarragon.  That’s it! This is awesome!  But I recommend moderation!!  Need I say more?!
