This Balsamic Vinaigrette is so good!! Just the right hint of sweetness! (Low glycemic, no added sugar)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon dried Stevia from plant. We grew Stevia plants last spring and dried the leaves. Perfect for cooking and baking or Vinaigrettes! Find the plants in late March or sow seeds indoors in late February and plant in sunny location outdoors after all danger of frost has passed, they do not do well in cold temps. If they dry out in the garden just pull them out and take off the leaves, crush them and put in a very dry jar. (or use powdered Stevia from Sugar in the Raw 0 calories or a few drops liquid Stevia)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake! Just the right hint of sweetness!
