Spaghetti and Meatballs

Our son wanted something different than just plain ole spaghetti so I made meatballs! He loved it so much he took it for his lunch to work the next day!

Meat Balls

Grass Fed Ground Beef about 1 lb
1 egg
Ian's gluten free Panko
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
salt, pepper, red pepper spice, hot roasted garlic spice
Dash of ketchup and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
Fresh or dried oregano and parsley
1/2 Onion chopped
Jar of Marinara Sauce
2 Cloves fresh garlic sauteed on low in olive oil, remove and sautee meat balls to brown on both sides and finish on 350 degrees for 20 minutes in oven. Add sauce and garlic to pan and meat balls and simmer for about 15 minutes.  
Cook cassava pasta per directions
