
Easy to make for those on the go and great for any meal especially breakfast!
Preheat Oven to 375
1 Gluten Free Ready Made Pie Crust (I buy them from Whole Foods in the freezer section by the bread)
6 Whole Eggs
1 1/5 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of cheese (any kind you like)
I use 1 / 4 cup parm cheese too if I’m using Mozzerella. If I’m using Cheddar I just use one cheese
I add some chopped lemon Thyme from my garden
Dash of Nutmeg, kosher salt and pepper
Green onions, about 4 ham slices cut up. (I buy my ham lunch meats without all the junk in them.)
Top with some lemon zest
You can put anything in a Quiche! I make them with mushrooms, bacon and spinach too.
Blend up eggs, add in cream and all the other ingredients, pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for about 30 minutes before slicing. It will drop down some!
