
I had this dish at PF Changs recently on the Gluten Free menu and it was incredible! Great way to have these healthy little green cabbage balls even for your not so brussel spout fans!
Slice up fresh brussel spouts, sauté in a pan lightly with Olive Oil and little kosher salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon and tybasil, then lemon zest to complete.
TyBasil has an anice (licorice flavor).... it's used in a lot of Asian cooking....
If you cannot find TyBasil in the grocery store (I grow it in a pot myself and this year it came back all on it's own so I used it in this recipe like they do at PF Changs) use lemon thyme or regular basil.
