Gluten Free Holiday Recipes Making Cooking Simple, Easy & Fun 
You may want to grab these items at your local grocer, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, SunFlower, Aldi's, Wagman's, Walmart, Costco: Bob Red Mills 1 To 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, Almond and Coconut Flour for Pita Bread and Chips, Coconut Palm sugar, brown sugar, Pecans, Bittersweet Chocolate as well as the other items below. gf jules all purpose gluten free flour is available online or feel free to call them to order.
I can hack just about any recipe Gluten Free. Here are some of the products I use:
*Pacific Brand Broths (they have Pacific at HEB and also have Cream of Mushroom and Chicken now at Whole Foods)
*Bob Red Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Flour for chicken wings, chicken fried stead, fried chicken.
*Bob Red Mills 1 To 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour for baked goods and I use Guiltless brand grain free flour (now at HEB Bee Cave or http://www.guiltlesssuperfoods.com )
*I use ARROWROOT as a thickner in place of corn starch
*Ian's Panko Bread crumbs (Whole Foods)
*My favorite breads are Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style white plus the whole grain (no corn) and Udies Rye has no corn.
*For tortillas I use Siete Casava Coconut tortillas in place of corn or Fresca organic tortillas (at Whole Foods)
*Benito Bean chips or Siete tortilla chips, available at HEB, Whole Foods, Wegmans on the east coast. Check Walmart, Aldi.
