Does this sound familiar?

You work hard to follow a clean diet and exercise regularly.  You’ve finally gotten to the point to where you feel great and now you’re ready to look great, but you feel like you’re stuck in a rut.  You’ve done everything right and you’ve lost some weight, but you still can’t fit into those skinny jeans you’ve had stashed in the corner of your closet.

Am I on the right track?  You’re not alone.  It happens all the time, even to me.  I believe loving the way we look is as important as the way we feel.

What if I were to tell you that you can get back into those skinny jeans if that’s indeed one of your goals?  Or perhaps your goal is to just be as healthy as you can so you live a longer happier life without disease, pain or worse? Most times when we focus on living a healthy lifestyle the weight just starts to fade away!    And when we develop healthy habits for life the weight stays off too!  I know because it's happened for me.  That certainly doesn’t happen with diets.  News flash: Diets do not work long term.  In fact, people usually gain the weight back and more when they do not actually create healthy habits. Usually because they are so insanely focused on losing weight.  Almost like someone who's trying so hard to get pregnant and then adopts a baby and the next thing you know they are pregnant!  Ok so those days are over for this gal!  :)

This was my story for years until I finally started to focus on living a healthy lifestyle.  Up and down up and down like a yo yo.  I was 25 to 30 lbs heavier than now and was chronically ill for years and on about 4 or 5 medications including anti-depressants.  I turn 62 this July 2015 and have not taken prescription medications in over 8 years, and this includes thyroid which I was on for 32 years.  For the first time in 25 years I'm wearing a size 6 skinny jeans!  I've kept the weight off six years due to lifestyle changes not gimmicks, fad diets, pills, etc.  This is what I teach and encourage others to do too.

If you’re interested in hiring a coach to help motivate and encourage you in improving your health give me a shout and let’s see how to get you moving in the right direction on the road to those skinny jeans or whatever else you’d like to accomplish and keep you that way for good!
