The Holidays are here! That means shopping, cooking, fellowship and lot's of fun! Sometimes though shopping can be a drag right? That's why I love to shop from the convenience of my home online at times don't you?
In case you didn't know, gardening and cooking are two of my favorite passions! So are dogs! Our aussie Titan says so! No that's not his pic above. Not sure what he would do if I put antlers on his head and a red nose on him?! Argg..
This is Titan and his bud Brodie strolling in the creek over at A To Z Dog Ranch. Titan thinks Brodie looks a lot like the dog with the Red nose!
People and Food are my Love and I absolutely LOVE cooking for people! I'm also passionately dedicated to helping and supporting people in transitioning into a healthy lifestyle and living gluten and pain free. Pass it on to your family and friends who are interested in unlocking the mystery of wheat and gluten sensitivity, organic gardening and cooking healthier.
I am not a doctor and have no degrees or certifications after my name. I have however suffered with auto immune issues for over 12 years before finding out the culprits in my diet.
Healthy habits can be created one step at a time. Walk, stretch, drink more water, eat farm fresh food.
Here's the latest holiday news from Gluten Free Lady December 4, 2013:
I've become very passionate about cooking since becoming gluten free in 2008 due to serious health issues. I've actually become quite a home chef! I love seeing the smiles on people's faces too when they taste my food and most of the time they don't even know it's gluten free unless I tell them. And when they find out they are like "really?"
I've been using Pampered Chef products since buying my first stoneware and some of their other cookware back when we lived in West Virginia over 20 plus years ago and still use it all today! One of my deep dish pizza stones just fell out of my cupboard onto the tile floor and shattered recently. It was all blackened and seasoned. I used it all the time. So many memories in that piece of stoneware!
Just decided why not just become a Pampered Chef consultant here in Austin, Texas to buy the products wholesale and looked up the right person to partner up with and found Stacy Itzel in Baltimore a few months ago and then got sidetracked in joining. Stacy is one of the top consultants with Pampered Chef and I was so impressed with her style, wit and grace when watching one of her training videos on YouTube. When my stone broke recently I posted on my Facebook page about wanting to replace it and Stacy immediately responded to my SOS and so a new journey begins! Who knows what the possibilities will be!
Enjoy the Journey!
