"This is what was happening to me before I finally hit rock bottom in 2008 and decided to change my diet.  I was in denial after one of my holistic doctors did blood testing which revealed that I was highly allergic to gluten/wheat.   I was losing my memory, in debilitating pain daily, and could barely function or walk even one foot without holding on to my husband’s arm.  I wasn’t able to spend much time with my family because I was in bed most of the time. I could not work nor was I enjoying much about my life.  Basically I was wasting away and now looking back, thank God for my doctors encouragement to either change or die.
